Fingerprinting Merit Badge – February 2, 2016

fingerprinting_lgIn earning the Fingerprinting merit badge, Scouts will learn about and use an important technique that is used by law enforcement officers, along with other materials like matching dental records and DNA sampling, to help identify amnesia victims, missing persons, abducted children, and others.

On February 2nd, Troop 101 members can participate in a Fingerprinting Merit Badge Clinic.  We will be meeting at the Criminal Records Building at 3000 Pacific Ave SE in Olympia at 6:15.  Please be in uniform and arrive promptly.  This is an exciting opportunity to see how police take and use fingerprints!  We look forward to seeing you at this event!
